Small Group Training

We now offer Small Group Training at The PIT Gym. Classes are capped at 6 people, giving each individual the ability to receive help and attention from the Coach during the class, while also having other’s there to help push and challenge you to be better, every day.

You do NOT have to be a member to participate in our Classes, we offer Non Member Class packages, so grab some friends and come in and let us help you reach your goals.

Classes are Lower Body focused, Upper Body focused, and Core & Conditioning focused to help you get a well rounded program every week.

How it Works…

We offer classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 6am / 9am / 4:30pm / 6:00pm

Billed every 4 weeks, no contracts.
